Neighbourhood Plans

Peter Sandover is at the forefront of the Neighbourhood Planning process. He helped produce early guidance to communities on behalf of the Design Council (formerly CABE) and continues to champion the preparation of plans.

Peter has  helped rural and urban communities produce their neighbourhood plans, completed plans include: Salcombe, Kenton, and Ogwell, and has supported the production of Stoke Fleming ,South Huish and Barne Barton(Plymouth) in Devon and South Marston in Swindon.
